First, please ensure you have the latest version of the plugin installed. If you are unsure, please reinstall the plugin directly from our website to make certain.
Next, please check the system requirements on the product page (always listed at the bottom of the product's page on waproduction.com). Most of the time, this error is caused by you having an unsupported version of macOS or Windows. If your OS is older than what is listed in the system requirements, that is the cause of this issue, and unfortunately, the plugin will not work on your system. Please update to the minimum OS required, or newer, if possible, as this should resolve the problem. Using old versions of the plugin will NOT resolve this issue, only an update to your OS will.
If you are wondering why the demo appears to work but you cannot activate the plugin, this is clearly mentioned under System Requirements on the product page:
If you are on an unsupported OS version, please update to at least the minimum required OS if you are able to do so.
If your system already meets the minimum stated requirements and you are still having this problem, please try the following:
- Turn off any antivirus, firewall, or VPN
- If you are on Windows, also try this:

Then reset it to default
