I am receiving a "Connection with server lost" error in Loopademy, or the pages are not loading.

Please try the following steps:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of Loopademy
2. Log out of Loopademy
3. Log back in to Loopademy
4. Click the RELOAD icon

If that doesn't work, please try the following:

1. Log out of Loopademy
2. Uninstall Loopademy
3. Reinstall Loopademy from our website here
4. Log back in to Loopademy
5. Click the RELOAD icon
