How do I install InstaComposer presets?

The process is the same on both Windows and Mac:

1. Click on MENU in InstaComposer
2. Select Open Preset Folder
3. Double Click Presets folder
4. Copy the folder of presets you are trying to install
5. Paste the folder inside Presets folder
