it still doesn't work. internal error message pops up when we all try to sign in or change our passwords. you guys need to fix this. its unprofessional. i just bought 10 plugins, and can't even get into my account to type in their PRODUCT KEY!!!!! like seriously??!
I've been facing the same problem for weeks. I keep receiving this pop-up saying ...Wrong credentials.
Yes it's so annoying! It feels like groundhog day just continuously going in circles with the same messages to reset a password that never worked in the first place.
