How do I redeem a discount code that I received or purchased somewhere else?

We often collaborate on promotions with partners like Audio Plugin Deals, Computer Music, BPB, and others. Typically, you will receive/purchase a code that unlocks either a discounted or completely free product. However, the code needs to be redeemed correctly in order to work.

Please follow these instructions EXACTLY (click the links to see screenshots of each step):

1. Visit the product page on waproduction.com and click BUY NOW - View Screenshot
2. Click VIEW YOUR CART - View Screenshot
3. Remove ALL products that are in the cart other than the product you have a code for (this is REQUIRED and the code will not work if there is anything else in the cart) - View Screenshot
4. Click USE COUPON (do not click CHECKOUT yet!) - View Screenshot
5. Enter your discount/coupon code here and click ADD DISCOUNT - View Screenshot
6. Your cart should now show a total reflecting the discount. If it does not, do not proceed, or else you will be charged full price - View Screenshot
7. If the discount has been applied correctly, click CHECKOUT - View Screenshot
8. Read and agree to our Terms & Conditions by checking the box and click CONFIRM ORDER - View Screenshot
9. Your product can now be downloaded from the My Orders section on your account page here. For detailed instructions on how to download your product, click here.
10. If your product requires a license/serial key, you can find it under My Keys and Redemption Codes on your account page here.
